| Professional Bayway Management traces it's roots to 1968, when William C. Newton began his career in the property management industry. Today, he is President and Owner of Professional Bayway Management, which he founded in 1984. PBM has provided services to Community Associations throughout the Tampa Bay Area for twenty five years and looks forward to continuing to do so for at least another twenty five.
