In addition to the Wild Dunes Community Association, properties may also be located within a homeowner association or condominium regime association.  These regime associations require payment of fees separate from WDCA to maintain the common properties within their neighborhoods, such as pools, tennis courts, etc.

There are 28 regime associations in Wild Dunes representing over 1,400 properties.  Some properties - such as those in the Morgan Creek Harbor Association - may belong to two or more associations in addition to the Community Association.

Each regime association has a Board of Directors and a president elected by the property owners of that specific regime.  Twenty-six Wild Dunes regimes are managed by professional property management firms and one regime is self-managed.
