All painting within Wild Dunes requires a Wild Dunes Building Permit, even if the paint color will remain the same.  All color changes require ARC approval prior to painting.

The exterior materials and colors of a residence should be selected to compliment colors of existing residences in the neighborhood.  The ARC encourages the use of the same or similar colors on both the siding and foundation, especially in areas where minimal setbacks occur.

Certain areas within Wild Dunes vary from this general policy by requiring a distinctive theme and incorporating a style of materials and colors unique to the area.  Please see below.
