Dave Kynoski

Dave is the Chief Operating Officer of the Community Association.  As COO, Dave is responsible for implementing the governing policies of the Board of Directors.  He is also responsible for all Association operations, including supervision of the WDCA staff and all contractual agreements, coordination of security operations, implementation of repairs and improvements to common facilities including landscaping, roads, drainage and lagoons, development of the budget and construction project management.  Dave was hired in 1998 as the Association's General Manager.
